Established in 1983, Port Hope Patterns Limited has offered customized premier products and services to the foundry industry and manufacturing sectors in Canada and Internationally. Our superior craftsmanship and quality products have been rewarded with repeat business from our clients.

The 12,000 sq. ft. facility is equipped with the latest technology that allows us to efficiently service our customers. Our highly skilled and knowledgeable team consists of patternmakers, machinists, CAD/CAM programmers, and CNC operators. Our extensive knowledge of patternmaking together with the latest technologies makes Port Hope Patterns an exceptionally versatile facility.

The plant includes a CAD/CAM computer lab, three CNC milling machines, a complete plastic and woodworking shop, and a metal machine shop. Also, we have a shell core manufacturing department where we produce sand cores for foundries.
